PHASE 1(1995-2004)
In 1995,Shenzhen Minghua department of card reader production was established.
In 1996,the first IC card reader RD-EB came out.
In 1998, the first non-contact IC card reader RF-35LT came out.
In 2000, the department of card reader production started independent operation.And it is established Shenzhen Minghua electronic equipment co., LTD. At the same year,the first multi-card IC card reader DP-R333 came out.
In 2002, the handheld devices of non-contact + fingerprint IC card HD series came out,and the contact IC card reader TZX mini series came out.
In 2003, highway dedicated remote card reader RF-200LT series products come out.
Phase 2:Independent R&D(2005-2008)
In 2005,moved from Futian District of Shenzhen to Nanshan District of Shenzhen, set up the independent processing production line, and successfully entered the high-tech production enterprise with advanced manufacturing technology.
In 2007,Minghua Intelligent series trademarks have been authorized by the state trademark administration.“
In 2007,passed ISO9001 quality management system certification,and National industrial product production license(IC card reading and writing equipment) issued by AQSIQ.
In 2008,obtained the qualification of shenzhen import and export enterprise,and obtained the software enterprise qualification recognized by shenzhen technology and information bureau.
Phase 3:Innovation(2010-2012)
In 2010, renamed Shenzhen Minghua Intelligent Technology co., LTD.
In February of 2011，Awarded the national high-tech enterprise qualification.
In August of 2011, set upShenzhen MingTech Co.,Ltd.
In 2012,Shenzhen MingTech Co.,Ltdset up a service center in Chongqing,Nanjing and Beijing to realize the national vertical and horizontal service strategy.
